Changing Index Information in Docuware
| If you have the rights to, you may change the index information that an item is stored by. It is very simple. Right click on the record to change in the result list ,Select Edit index entry, Change the item in question Save it.Side note, if you do this you can see the system entries are available on the top of the list under the Save button. Although you cannot change these items you can see All of the information about the document including who and when items were stored, accessed and modified by, as well as the number of pages, and how big the item is. |
